Terms of Service

These terms provide a professional hosting-platform baseline. They must be customized for your company, jurisdiction, refund policy and actual services before accepting production customers.

1. Accounts

Customers must provide accurate information, protect credentials and maintain current contact and billing details.

2. Orders & provisioning

Orders are subject to payment, verification, fraud review, resource availability and product-specific requirements. Provisioning estimates are not guaranteed where manual review is required.

3. Billing & renewals

Recurring services renew according to their billing cycle until cancelled. Invoices are payable by the stated due date. Applicable taxes and gateway charges may apply.

4. Suspension & termination

Services may be suspended for overdue balances, abuse, security risks or material policy violations. Data retention after termination is not guaranteed unless expressly included in the service.

5. Customer responsibilities

Customers remain responsible for application security, lawful content, software licensing and independent backups except where a managed service expressly assumes those responsibilities.

6. Acceptable use

Use is governed by the Acceptable Use Policy. Activity that threatens networks, systems or third parties may be restricted immediately.

7. Service commitments

Availability commitments are described in the SLA. Liability, warranties and dispute provisions must be finalized for the provider legal entity and applicable jurisdiction.
